We asses the conditions of the property, take measurements, photos and gather additional information to create a plan towards the next steps.
During the presentation we will provide a proposal and an initial time frame for your project.
Our team will present an initial design for your project to solidify your vision and confirm materials, layouts, and scope of work.
After design gets approved we will submit the final design to the engineers to process and create a full permit package.
Engineering plans are ready and the permit package gets sent to the municipalities to get the final approval.
After permitting gets approved we will create a detailed proposal , timeline and execution plan.
Now this is the time we finally break ground and start building your vision!

Our Client needed a home for their family and we provided them with our full service from design to completion. Approximately 1,600 Sq.Ft . Shingle roof, standard kitchen and standard finishes.
